Who we are

This policy covers clearconnectionwins.com, operated by Stanfield OS, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Public pages

Browsing the public pages does not require an account, and we do not ask you for personal information there. The Site does not use advertising or analytics tracking of its own. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs.

If you call, email, or book a consult, we receive the information you choose to give us. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not see or store your card details.

The private access area

When you use the private access area, we record your email address, the date and time, your IP address, and your device and browser details. We record this when you accept the confidentiality agreement, on every access code attempt, whether it is allowed or refused, and when your session starts. We also record which private pages you open and which files you download, and your email is shown as a watermark on private pages.

How we use it

We use this information only to control access, keep the Site secure, detect misuse, and protect proprietary material. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that host and run the Site, or when the law requires it.

Browser storage

The private area keeps your access session and email in your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. Signing in to the owner area stores a sign-in session in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. Some records may be kept where needed for security or legal reasons.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
