Acceptance

By using clearconnectionwins.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by Stanfield OS, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Stanfield OS," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Ownership

CLEAR, E1 Report, Stanfield OS, and all content, language, frameworks, and methods on or delivered through the Site are the property of Stanfield OS, LLC. CLEAR is patent pending.

Any access you are given is a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the content for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, adapt, or create works based on it, and you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the methods behind it, without our written permission.

The private area

Parts of the Site are restricted. Access requires authorization from Stanfield OS, an accepted confidentiality agreement, and a valid access code. Codes are personal. Do not share them. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, and repeated failed attempts may lock access temporarily.

Not treatment

Nothing on the Site or delivered through it is medical, psychological, or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. See the Disclaimer.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stanfield OS, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to it.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
